Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka is a native of Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Her father Sergey (d. 2019.) was an athlete in ice hockey. Aryna Sabalenka was born May 5, 1998, was born in Minsk Belarus. Over the course of her career, she's won twelve WTA singles titles. One of them was the Grand Slam at the 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is an additional area in which she shines. In the US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021, US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021 were both played by Elise Martens. Then she also won an incredible Sunshine Double in 2019, winning the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open together with Elise Mertens. Only four women's pairings had achieved this achievement. Then, in January 2023 was ranked the highest in singles. The 23rd day of August, 2021 she moved to the second spot in the list of rankings. After winning the Melbourne doubles championship in February 2021 She was able to move up the rankings to take the first spot on the list of that particular specialty. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis pro, worked with her throughout the 2018 season through the conclusion and a portion of 2020's season. She also briefly teamed up with Dieter Kindlmann in August until September of 2020. Her training has been provided by her fellow countryman Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her heroes.
